MILC PLATFORM WHITEPAPER 2.2: JOURNEY INTO THE METAVERSE
After a long period of design, discussion, and development, MILC Platform is ecstatic to share the release of its new and significantly reinvigorated version of the Whitepaper. This Whitepaper 2.2 is a further development and can be regarded as extension of the previous Whitepaper 2.1, that gives the business basics of the MILC Platform. Since the birth of the MILC Media Metaverse in November 2021, the platform has experienced significant growth in its customer base and community, and made huge progress to incorporate additional revenue and earnings potential on top of the previous business strategy. As a result of which, this Whitepaper, “Journey to the Metaverse”, has been innovated.
The Whitepaper is an informational handbook delivering a detailed overview about the MILC Platform vision regarding the WebGL Metaverse and Web3 Social Community, including the technological fundamentals, the ecosystem, the business and development roadmaps, its use cases, MILC team and much more!

Below we give an abbreviated summary of some vital aspects of the Whitepaper 2.2.
OUR FOCUS
The Whitepaper 2.2 outlines the MILC Platform’s plans to move towards a leading Global Metaverse and make its position at the forefront of the development of Web3 revolution. Being built with an astounding combination of Babylon.js and Epic’s Unreal Engine which provides a massive edge to the MILC Media Metaverse.
The MILC Platform is envisioned to become a 3-D professional marketplace where media can be traded, broadcasted and financed. It is also a place where original content can be shared and discussed directly with the ultimate consumers. From a user perspective, the MILC Platform is a future three-dimensional gamified social marketplace and streaming platform. The initial focus of MILC Platform is on the professional TV and film content but other areas of the global media industry such as the music and gaming industry or the art market, will be integrated as well. So, in total the MILC platform offers a wide variety of partnership and cooperation opportunities.
THE MILC CITY
The goal with the Open WebGl Metaverse was to map the 3D user experience in the form of a virtual city. Socialize, go shopping, play games, communicate, open a store, rent an office, build a tower, hold virtual events. The possibilities of interactions are endless and ever-growing!
The main interface for interaction possibilities in MILC Metaverse are buildings. These buildings serve a specific function and are named according to their function. Some examples of these buildings are:
- Content Palace: Place where professional content providers can interact with professional content buyers like TV broadcasters or VOD platforms.
- Exchange Building: Place where one can access a centralized Exchange to trade cryptocurrencies such as the $MLT token.
- MILC Art Gallery: Place to exhibit and sell art which can be physical art, digital art in the form of NFTs, or a combination of both.

MILC WEB3 SOCIAL COMMUNITY
The MILC Web3 Social Community provides a “home” in the Metaverse to anyone who registers on it along with his/her own MILC Townhouse. It lays out a familiar UI, that takes elements from Twitter, Facebook and Telegram in a slick way for the convenience of the users. Any community member will be able to take part in a new kind of open communication and play a prominent role in the success of the Metaverse.
An exceptional feature of the MILC Social Community will be rewards in the form of $MLT, MILC’s Native Token, given out to active members of the community. These $MLTs will come from the share of the advertising revenues generated by the MILC Metaverse. A huge 50% share of the ad revenues will be shared with the MILCians!
The share of a participant will be decided based on two evaluation models called as:
- Scoring Model (55% of the shared ad revenue): It takes into account various KPIs, such as the number of followers in the MILC social community, referrals, content output or general social behavior.
- MLT Exposure Ranking System (45% of the shared ad revenue): Here the KPIs are the amount of staked MLT, the lockup time and the general use of MLT as payment medium within the platform.

$MLT NATIVE STAKING
MILC Platform is introducing native staking mechanism under the $MLT exposure ranking system wherein factors such as amount of staked MLT and the lockup time will determine the rank of a user and ultimately the size of his/her share in the ad revenues. The Staking rewards will be distributed regularly in the form of a newly created ERC20 Token, stMLT (‘staked Media Licensing Token’). stMLT holdings of each user will determine his rank. Basically, the higher the stMLT holdings of a user, generated by MLT staking, the higher is his/her rank for ad revenue sharing.

The aforementioned features and many others mentioned in the Whitepaper demonstrate MILC Platform’s goals of becoming a leader in the Web3 and Metaverse space. This sophisticated document has been carefully designed and will incorporate more advancements if and when required.
