Section 1 | Direct Questions

Q1: Can you introduce yourself to our community?

Ans. My name is Hendrik. I’m the founder and CEO of the MILC Project. I have worked in the media space for more than 30 years.

And I fell in love with blockchain and industrial tokenization in 2016. We are running two nationwide TV Stations in Germany and Switzerland. And we are pretty much connected with the global media industry.

Our MILC Platform is an infrastructure for media and entertainment in any form and its users. We are working to build a bridge between these two worlds and find a new interpretation of how media will reach its users in the future.

Q2: Can you introduce MILC Platform to us?

Ans. The MILC Platform is a professional marketplace where media can be traded and financed. But it is also a place where valuable content can be shown and discussed directly with consumers.

From the user perspective, the MILC Platform is also a future 3-dimensional streaming platform. That’s why we’ve developed, quite early, our own metaverse.

In our MILC Metaverse, I will be able to meet for example famous representatives of the media industry, or better their avatar. There will be events, such as film premieres or film festivals, but also concerts and art exhibitions. The gaming industry is also represented to help us make our Metaverse more and more exciting.

The NFT marketplaces will be integrated as well to enable business models among users. We want to give everyone the opportunity to express themselves the way they want.

Q3: Let`s now talk about the milestones you have achieved so far and about your upcoming plans?

Ans. The entire platform is live and includes the following components. At www.milc.global anyone can become a member of our social community platform, and anyone can try out our metaverse. We are no longer in the concept phase but are expanding the functionality in live operation.

The hard challenge for us is to comprehend a gamified B2B/B2C and C/C platform developed using Unreal Engine in such a way that the data is easily accessible via the web without the need to download an app or anything else. For all global developers, this is the challenge right now, because it’s the only way future metaverses will make sense.

We will continue to open up more and more functionality and we are trying to prepare everything in the backend to expand the number of users.

Beside of this we are quite good on the business side as well

We are in deep discussions with leading advertising agencies and brands and of course with many content providers. So, days are quite full. 😉

Round 1

Q1. MILC says it wants to be among the top 5 leading metaverses in the world, I must commend your courage for that, but we all know this is not going to be an easy task to accomplish. Could you tell us how you intend to achieve that?

Ans. We have some more instruments compared to others. For example, we have a reach of around 15 million monthly Viewers through our TV Networks. We haven’t communicated loudly so far but that is a huge advantage!

Q2. I want to know if your Metaverse is currently open and live?

Ans. It is live: www.milc.global

Q3. With great progress on MILC’s Web3 social community app which is to be implemented in the near future. What are the benefits of the exceptional web3 social community today?

Ans. That’s very important. Each community member will participate on all platform revenues. The share is always 50%. We don’t want to treat our users as a product anymore. They are our partners!

Q4. Which problems will MILC solve? And none of the Platforms are solving these problems, is MILC first mover in this field?

Ans. We are very happy that we were able to tie a staff of developers to the project who have the know-how and experience to make these metaverses work. This puts us, along with others, at the forefront of the development of the new so-called Web 3.

Q4. As there are launchpads for different type of markets,

Why is this launchpad important for “Content producers”,

What type of benefits will they get in that?

Ans. They will earn money for their work, as they deserve it. 🙂

Q5. In between the seller and buyer, there are many intermediates in the media license trading.

How does MILC remove these Intermediates from the platform?

Ans. It is a virtual platform that reflects the market the way it is in reality. But it doesn’t need many people in between anymore.

Q6. I can see you all team members on your whitepaper,

and all the team members are doxed, this will really help in getting trust in the project. Your team members are from which fields and how did you connect with them?

Ans. All inhouse friends with skills in media, distribution, broadcast technology and IT.

Q7. What is the industry experience of the MILC team? Do you have experienced members in your team?

Ans. More than 25 years of experience in the market. 🙂

Q8. As an advertiser, how will I get an opportunity to interact with users and what will be my benefits for advertising on the MILC platform?

Ans. Completely new expressions. Anything could become 3 dimensional and interactive!

Q9. Very honestly speaking, I currently have low technical knowledge about the NFTs and blockchains Concept, so can I still easily join the MILC Platform or I have to learn about the NFTs or blockchain first?

Ans. You don’t need any of this. All very easy to use.

Q10. I saw that your project was started in the year 2017, so I hope all your products and features are live, can you tell me what all development you have done till now?

Ans. Yes, the only thing that is very new is the metaverse. Few months ago, there was not even a name for this. We’ve been lucky to start our developments long before Mr. Zuckerberg gave that thing its name. 🙂

Q11. I noticed that your project is focusing on different fields like: Content Marketing, Governance, Video player & AI-Subtitling. You don’t think that focusing on one field will be more beneficial for the project because it’s really difficult to succeed in all fields with one project?

Ans. No, we are very used to that and we have all that already integrated into our broadcast system.

Q12. How does MILC manage & launch Social Media Campaigns? Can you please explain it?

Ans. We will work together with global influencers. Even for them we have very interesting functionalities. So, if we have some influencers here please DM me. 🙂

Q13. How do you integrate real life entertainment shows into your metaverse? In a state where an artist wants to have a live show like a live stream, how do you integrate it into MILC?

Ans. If you go to the metaverse you will already see many integrated screens. Those are placeholders for future content streaming. Each screen could contain its own program. Basically, imagine Netflix in a 3-dimensional version.

Q14. Nowadays, when we look at it, we see that many people do not know terms such as web3, Metaverse. So, are there non-crypto users among MILC’s potential target audience? If yes, do you have a step-by-step document showing these people how to generate income on the MILC platform or a video that can help them use MILC?

Ans. That’s very easy. You will participate on platform revenues if you are a subscribed member. You will get those whether you want or not. :)

Of course, we can only distribute those through our MLT Token. We need to buy it from the secondary market in order to do so. If you want to sell it we need to have your wallet address, that’s it. But we hope that you will stake it for a while. 🙂

Q15. You mentioned that for the first time MILC will build a bridge between the audience and content creators, buyers and distributors. What are the foundations for the construction of this bridge? How will you attract viewers and content creators in the traditional space to your platform?

Ans. Right now professional content creators don’t share their work on standard social community platforms, because they don’t get anything for that. Content creators are participating on the MILC Platform on the revenues as well. Suddenly it makes sense to provide all users with quality content.

Q16. I found out on your website that MILC has a number of advisors and those advisors are the CEO or Founder from different big platforms like Mantra Dao, Ferrum Network, X21 Digital, Zenfuse, Swiss Txt Ag and TGood. What is the major role of those advisors in MILC? Since they are from different platforms, do you also wish to collaborate with the platforms that they came from?

Ans. Most of our advisors are business partners and we share information and project ideas. It is more like a pro network than just an advisory board.

Q17. Could you please update me with the MILC’s developments? In the coming weeks what exciting product will you launch?

Ans. We will open up a few buildings. The exchange building, the content palace, the art gallery, etc. We will launch the multiplayer version; we will open up the suburban area where any user gets his own MILC Town House (for free).

Q18. Feature is the most vital thing in building project growth. A product will not develop without good features and promotion. Can you provide a list of killer features that scare your competitors?

Ans. We have the potential to become the largest media entertainment infrastructure in the world. Why?

Because we are not competing, we are integrating. Our suggestion to the industry is to come to our metaverse and work with many representatives of the industry. Together we all achieve much more than if we each build our own metaverse. The feedback on this proposal has been gigantic, as many have understood that developing their own metaverses could become very complex.

BUT!!!! It will never be like that without YOU!!

Whatever we do in this industry is meant to be for you — now you can have a massive influence on what you want to read, hear and see. Any professional will suddenly listen to you.

Q1. I see that this project is under the supervision of “Welt der Wunder TV”. Can you please tell us more about this?

Where is it based? And why is it an important aspect for your project?

Ans. Welt der Wunder TV is a Munich/Germany based company. At least almost anyone in the German speaking countries knows what we have done in the past. Being a producing company as well we are in interaction with all relevant broadcasters and producers.

It is very important for them to know that we are speaking the same language.

Q2. It is very important that Web3 is secure. Can you tell me what strategy you are planning to protect MILC Platform from hacker attacks? Can you talk about some of MILC’s security measures?

Ans. Data security is the most important thing for us. We are working with leading partners like Amazon AWS and others. We are trying hard to close any potential gap that could mean a risk.

Q3. Has the MILC platform become profitable for users? Or is it only profitable for investors at the moment?

Ans. No, it should be profitable for anyone. That’s why we provide the platform with standardized NFT marketplaces. If you want to sell something and someone buys it — go ahead. 🙂

Second thing is the revenue participation. We need a lot of users, maybe more than anyone else has today. So, I think it is absolutely fair to share with all who are supporting our journey. That’s part of our Web3 definition. If you make us strong, we need to compensate for that.

Q4. What are the advantages of the MLT token in transaction fees within the platform? Will we be able to use MLT to generate passive income?

Ans. Yes, please read our whitepaper V2. It will be released very soon.

Q5. In your whitepaper, you have talked about the program that the seller fixes are more expensive so that he can give those amounts to intermediaries, but nowadays these intermediates are being removed as all the things have been made online. So, do you think that this is still a big problem?

Ans. They haven’t been removed in our industry. Everything is still very, very analog.

Q6. I was evaluating the roadmap on your website, and I noticed that from 2023 you will be working on MILC gaming. I know this is still some time away, but it really caught my attention. Can you tell us a little bit about what MILC gaming? What kind of allusive games do you plan to develop? What will be your purpose within the project?

Ans. We started as a TV and movie driven platform. We turned into a media infrastructure. That includes music, art and of course games as well. The gaming industry will get its own building. There anyone can try to interact with the users in order to become successful.

BTW, we don’t charge much for this. Maybe a little infrastructure tax if it comes to a sale. Most of the money should remain in the hands of the creators.

Of course, we are very happy if game developers are starting for example our metaverse as a stage for their projects. We are here, come and use it. 🙂

Q7. What is MILC Metaverse? What is its purpose within MILC Platform? Was it created just to get into the Metaverse trend, or have you really thought ahead to provide value to your customers and community?

Ans. The MILC platform contains marketplaces, a social community and a metaverse. The main force is content and interaction. Just imagine the whole infrastructure as a huge multi-TV station, multi radio station, an endless art gallery and game portal. I think we will have a little chance that someone appreciates this. 🙂

Q8. I saw that you are working with Wunder TV in Germany. What does your cooperation with Wunder TV entail, how did this cooperation play a role in your growth?

Ans. We are Welt der Wunder. 🙂 That is a company that was founded by me 25 years ago (oh my god)! 🙁

Q9. The MILC platform’s own MLT token (Media Licensing Token) serves as a fast means of transaction in the MILC ecosystem. Is this the only utility of the MLT token? If no, what other utilities does the MLT token have and how do you intend to ensure that the MLT token continues to serve its purpose for both the users and the MILC ecosystem?

Ans. There are many variations that are reflecting the utility you’ve mentioned. For example, media financing. We do hope that creators will accept the MLT for this sooner or later. Of course, ecommerce is happening as well in our metaverse, the MLT should be always something you can use.

Q10. Does the MILC launchpad use a tiered system to allow $MLT token holders to invest in the launchpad projects? Also, Is the $MLT token the only acceptable payment option for obtaining a license on the MILC platform?

Ans. Yes! No, the MLT is not the only possible payment. But we are trying to make it become as attractive as possible.
